15-Day Refund Period

We offer a 15-day refund window starting from the date of your original purchase. This gives you ample time to test the product and ensure it meets your expectations. If, after testing, you decide it’s not right for you, we’ll be happy to process a full refund. Please note, after 15 days, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.

Refund Policy After Purchase

To keep the process fair for all customers, refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
1. Change of Mind or Mistakes: We cannot process refunds if you change your mind about your purchase or bought the product by mistake. We encourage you to carefully review all product details before making a purchase.
2. Non-Usage: If you choose not to use the product after purchasing, we will not issue a refund. Our team is always ready to help you get started and understand the product, so please feel free to reach out for assistance.

3. Refund Eligibility During Promotions: Refunds are not applicable for price differences arising from promotional discounts. Occasionally, we offer special discounts during events such as Halloween, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and many more. However, customers who purchased the product before these promotions are not eligible for a refund or price adjustment based on subsequent discounts.

4. Refunds Are Not Available for Change-of-Mind or Accidental Purchases: Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the product or if the purchase was made by mistake. We stand behind our products and are committed to helping you resolve any issues, but we also expect customers to understand what they are purchasing and why before completing the purchase.

5. Technical Assistance Required First: We cannot issue refunds for technical issues unless you allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue after proper support, a refund will be provided.

6. No Refunds for Custom Features: Refunds will not be issued for requests related to custom features that were not available at the time of purchase.

7.Refunds Available for First-Time Purchases Only: We provide refunds only on first-time purchases. If you have already purchased and used one of our plans, subsequent purchases are not eligible for a refund. This policy helps us ensure fairness and maintain a sustainable service for all customers.

 

Upgrades and Renewals

1. License Renewals: Once your annual license is renewed, the renewal payment is non-refundable. We send advance reminders before the renewal date, so you have the opportunity to cancel or make any changes beforehand.
2. Plan Upgrades: Refunds are not available for any plan upgrades. If you upgrade your license or purchase additional features, please make sure you are satisfied with the new plan details before completing the transaction.

Currency and Bank Fees

If your payment was made in a currency other than USD, please be aware that the final refund amount may vary due to currency exchange rates, foreign transaction fees, or bank charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these simple steps:
1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team within 15 days of your purchase.
2. Provide Details: Let us know the issue you’re experiencing and include any relevant information or screenshots that can help us assist you.
3. Allow Us to Assist: Before we process a refund, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue you’re facing. If we cannot find a solution, we will proceed with your refund request.
Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

From time to time, we may update this refund policy. If any changes are made, we will post the revised policy with a new effective date. We always strive to make the process as transparent and fair as possible.
