I love getting paid in one day more than I normally spend in one month. Especially when I'm getting paid to do what I do anyway.. help out, have fun, chat, chill, and work a little here and there.

Admittedly: 13hrs work, plus 2hrs travel time. Had to wake up at 5:00AM. Elevator shenanigans, lots of hauling things. But, fun. Good for my mental health.

I appreciate the hell out of Kenny.

EMT factoids

Acronyms I have to know for EMT (only the ones off the top of my head): SMPAS-VCR, PERRL, ABCGBSS, LOC, MOI, NOI, AVPU, CPR, BVM, FROP, DCAP-BTLS, PASG, SAMPLE, OPQRST, CTLSC, SIFD, PMS, BSI, PPE, BP.. That's all I can think of. I know there's a bajillion more. :|

Not to mention all the medical terms: hypoglycemia/hyperglycemia, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, shock, hypertension, hemorrhage, epidural, subdural, anaphylaxis, etc.

And, of course, basic meds like nitroglycerin, activated charcoal, epinephrine, etc.

WOO.
