No, the application is not maintained anymore. I have checked the official website as well, but it now redirects to something that has no connection with Android Commander. As an alternative, I can recommend you Wondershare MobileGo, which is practically the same thing and has the same functions as Android Commander: it manages files on Android and iOS phones.
