Get Support
As the nation’s leading provider of free eating disorder peer support services, ANAD stands at the forefront of a vital truth: connection is the heartbeat of recovery. While clinical care provides the tools for healing, peer support provides the bridge. It transforms the isolation of an eating disorder into a shared journey of understanding, proving that lived experience is one of the most powerful catalysts for change. By prioritizing people over labels and support over diagnoses, ANAD ensures that no one has to navigate the complexities of food and body image alone. In our community, your struggle is seen, your experience is honored, and your recovery is possible.
