Hmm. Wow.
It's been two and a half years since I've posted anything. I don't know if anyone will read this, or if anyone even uses livejournal anymore. I did notice there were messages in my inbox (that weren't even a hundred years old) saying that my download links no longer work, so I guess that means people still play The Sims 2! (And I will see what I can do about the links asap.) I quit simming mainly because i was so fed up with my old computer, and it took me almost a year to get around to buying a new one. And when I finally did, I felt like it had been so long since I had played the game or posted anything I had way too much catching up to do... I did install the game on the new computer, though, even played some, and believe it or not, I still have it installed, along with my legacy family and everything.
Anyway, a lot has happened in my life since my last post. Most of it during the past 14 months. Long story short; I broke up with my boyfriend of 10 years, met the man of my dreams, got pregnant, got engaged, and had an amazing baby boy who is now 3 months old. Life is good :)
I don't know if I'll ever get back to posting here on a regular basis again (or simming, even though I do kind of miss it), I just wanted to post a quick heads-up. But I will read and reply to all the comments and messages, and maybe even open the game and take some pictures for a change! |
