PREAMBLE: We, the mothers, wives, widows, grandmothers, sisters, daughters, stepdaughters and granddaughters of the American Veteran and female veterans, fully realizing our responsibilities to the community, State and nation, associate ourselves for the following purposes: To uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America; to safeguard the principles of freedom, liberty and justice for all; to promote the cause of peace and good will among nations; to maintain inviolate the freedom of our country; to preserve the fundamentals of democracy and Americanism; to perpetuate the friendship and associations of the American Veteran and to dedicate ourselves to the cause of mutual assistance…this by the grace of God.

Can you believe in 4 short months, we’ll be heading to Orlando for National Convention, celebrating our 80th Anniversary? Believe it and the info you need to join us can be found under the NEC/CONVENTION tab on our website www.amvetsaux.org. Check the agenda so you know what’s happening when so you can plan accordingly.
Speaking of our 80th Anniversary, if you pre-register you will receive a commemorative keepsake. Register now for Training and it’s FREE! Both forms have the deadline dates so get them in prior to the deadline. NOTE – if you are mailing things use this address – AMVETS National Ladies Auxiliary, P.O. Box 29, Millersville MD 21108-9998.
The Convention Digest should be in your mailbox shortly. REMINDER – the Digest is mailed to the following – Local Auxiliary contact, Department Presidents, Secretaries, NECs and PNPs. If you can’t wait for it to arrive, it’s a fillable PDF file. You can download or print it from the website.
As of now, only dates are available for Florida Night and the Commanders/Presidents Banquet and Silver Helmet. Once links are available for tickets, they will be posted the website and Facebook page.
