This app is intended for use by patients working with a caregiver currently using the AMP Recover web application. The app allows you to: - Receive and complete your home exercise programs - Communicate securely with your therapists - Respond to assigned questionnaires including daily wellness reports and outcome scores - Monitor your progress toward criteria set by your caregivers
