Finally added support for more tracker formats!
In addition to the common formats such as mod, xm, s3m and it, the following formats are also supported:
667, 669, amf, dmf, ams, c67, dbm, digi, dsm, dsym, dtm, far, fmt, gdm, gtk, gt2, ice, st26, imf, itp, j2b, m15, stk, mdl, med, mo3, mptm, mt2, mtm, mus, okt, oxm, psm, plm, pt36, ptm, sfx, sfx2, mms, stm, stx, stp, symmod, ult, umx, wow, xmf.
The formats are played using the openmptlib library.
