Booking Process

Securing your event space at the historic Huntington building is straightforward and designed with your community needs in mind:

  • Initial Inquiry: Complete the Facility Use Request Form (below) and we will reach out to you as soon as possible
  • Space Selection: Tour available rooms and select the perfect space for your gathering
  • Reservation Confirmation: Complete booking paperwork and secure your date
  • Damage Deposit: Refundable security deposit required at booking
  • Event Support: Let us know how we can help ensure everything runs smoothly

Availability & Scheduling

The Huntington building event spaces are available for community use with flexible scheduling options:

  • Frequency: Approximately two community events hosted per week
  • Time Slots: Daytime, evening, and weekend availability
  • Duration: Half-day, full-day, and multi-day event options
  • Advance Booking: Reserve your preferred dates well in advance
  • Recurring Events: Special arrangements for ongoing community programs
