Booking Process
Securing your event space at the historic Huntington building is straightforward and designed with your community needs in mind:
- Initial Inquiry: Complete the Facility Use Request Form (below) and we will reach out to you as soon as possible
- Space Selection: Tour available rooms and select the perfect space for your gathering
- Reservation Confirmation: Complete booking paperwork and secure your date
- Damage Deposit: Refundable security deposit required at booking
- Event Support: Let us know how we can help ensure everything runs smoothly

- Frequency: Approximately two community events hosted per week
