Access the AMEP Data Hub
AMEP’s data-sharing framework is available here. The Data Hub contains a data dashboard with an overview of the data collected through AMEP’s Alternative Fugitive Emissions Management Program (alt-FEMP), as well as information about the new technologies funded through AMEP and the research and findings collected through the program. Visit the Data Hub to explore these key program components.
The AMEP Delivery Agent engaged four stakeholder groups: Academia/ENGOs, Duty Holders, Regulators and Service/Technology Providers to inform the AMEP Data Sharing Framework including the publicly available Data Hub. To maximize the value of the data developed by AMEP’s participants four elements were considered: accessibility, consistency / standardization, timeliness and transparency. To ensure AMEP‘s alt-FEMP Participants had the time required to QA/QC, understand and respond to the data developed by their alt-FEMPs the Data Sharing Framework relied on a 12-month data embargo. The embargo period commenced on the date the data were generated by the AMEP Participant or its representatives. At the conclusion of the embargo period, all data requested and received from the AMEP Participants will be published to the Data Hub. The vast majority of these data will be published to the Data Hub prior to December 31, 2025. Users of the Data Hub are encouraged to review both the AMEP alt-FEMP Data Dictionary and the alt-FEMP Data Schema to provide context while exploring the alt-FEMP datasets. For those participating in New Technology Trials, non-disclosure agreements were used to protect proprietary / confidential information (and its underlaying data) while ensuring public access to performance results as agreed to in the AMEP Participant Agreements. The reporting of New Technology Trials performance and findings was made available upon finalization and distribution to AMEP by its Participants.

Notes:
1. The Primary AMEP Participant is the Alt-FEMP Duty Holder or New Technology Trials participant that is generating or directly tied to the data uploaded to the AMEP data hub.
2. AMEP Participants are defined as recipients of AMEP funding agreements for Alt-FEMPs or New Technology Trials. The 6 month embargo provides access to data (subject to licensing agreement) for the purposes of accelerating learnings and adjustments to Alt-FEMP work practices and/or enabling technologies.
3. Non-AMEP Participants are defined as AMEP stakeholders that have identified a need and use case for AMEP data e.g., academia, service and technology providers etc.
4. Regulatory reporting and publication requirements, supercede AMEP embargos.
