AMD Wireless Display is a feature that lets you mirror or extend your PC screen to compatible TVs, monitors, and projectors over Wi‑Fi. Built on the Miracast standard, it streams your desktop, apps, videos, and system audio without cables, using supported AMD Radeon graphics or Ryzen APUs and a Miracast-capable receiver.

Key features:

  • Wireless screen mirroring or extended desktop for presentations, videos, and casual gaming
  • Works with Miracast-enabled TVs, dongles, and projectors
  • Transmits both video and system audio over a secure, direct Wi‑Fi connection
  • Quick setup through Windows: Settings > System > Display > Connect to a wireless display
  • Performance and resolution scale with your hardware, network quality, and receiver capabilities

Requirements and notes:

  • Windows device with Miracast support, a compatible Wi‑Fi adapter, and up-to-date AMD graphics drivers
  • A Miracast-capable display or adapter (receiver)
  • Availability varies by system; check your PC and GPU specifications
  • Wireless latency can affect fast-paced, competitive gaming; a wired connection may be preferable for the lowest latency
