AMD OverDrive Utility is a legacy Windows application from Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. that lets enthusiasts and advanced users monitor, tune, and overclock select AMD processor and chipset platforms in real time—all from within the operating system. It provides both automatic and manual controls so you can fine-tune performance, test stability, and save profiles without rebooting.

• Memory tuning, including frequency and timing adjustments on compatible platforms

Notes:

• AMD OverDrive is intended for older, supported AMD platforms (for example, many AMD 700/800/900-series chipset motherboards and compatible FX, Phenom II, Athlon II, and select A‑Series APUs). It is not designed for AMD Ryzen processors.
• For modern Ryzen systems, use AMD Ryzen Master.
• Overclocking can increase heat output and may reduce system stability or component lifespan. Ensure adequate cooling and proceed at your own risk.
