AmCham Azerbaijan Board Members Participated in the Global CEO Summit 2026

On February 25, 2026, the “Global CEO Summit” was held for the first time, organized by the Azerbaijan HR Institute in partnership with CEO Club Azerbaijan. The Summit’s Main Partner was LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional networking platform, further reinforcing the event’s international relevance and forward-looking agenda. Held under the theme “Leading Change Together,” the Summit brought together top executives to explore the evolving role of CEOs in a rapidly transforming business environment.AmCham Azerbaijan was strongly represented at the leadership level. On February 20, 2026, the American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan (AmCham Azerbaijan) successfully hosted its Members’ February Luncheon, bringing together a distinguished audience of business leaders, diplomats, and member representatives. The luncheon welcomed Mr. Gio Cristofoli, bp’s regional president for Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Türkiye, as the keynote speaker of the event. AmCham Azerbaijan successfully hosted the 6th Annual Conference on “Ethics and Compliance in Azerbaijan” on February 19, 2026. With the generous support of bp, Baker Hughes, and Dentons, the event brought together key business leaders, government officials, and compliance professionals to discuss corporate ethics, transparency, and regulatory compliance.Mr. Dayanat Sadullayev, President of AmCham Azerbaijan, opened the Conference by welcoming distinguished speakers, government representatives, and members of the business community. He emphasized AmCham’s long-standing tradition of convening high-level platforms on ethics and compliance, noting that the Conference has become one of the Chamber’s flagship initiatives. Dövlət Gömrük Komitəsinin əsas vəzifələrindən biri olaraq xarici ticarət iştirakçıları ilə tərəfdaşlıq əlaqələrinin yaradılması, onların fəaliyyətinə dəstəyin göstərilməsi və gömrük sisteminin inkişaf strategiyasından irəli gələrək gömrük–biznes dialoqunun genişləndirilməsi hədəf kimi müəyyən edilmişdir.Bu kontektsdə gömrük sahəsində əldə olunan nailiyyətlər, tətbiq olunan yeni layihələr, eləcə də digər gömrük məsələləri ilə əlaqədar biznes subyektlərinin məlumatlandırılması və maraq kəsb edən sualların cavablandırılması məqsədilə mütəmadi olaraq “Gömrük-Biznes Forum”larında və müxtəlif əməkdaşlıq platformalarında görüşlər keçirilir.Göstərilən məqsədlərdən irəli gələrək Azərbaycanda Amerika Ticarət Palatası (AmCham Azərbaycan) ilə növbəti görüş keçirilmiş və “Ağ Sənəd 2025” nəşrində gömrük işi ilə bağlı (güzəşt və azadolmaların tətbiqi, aksizli malların tranzit daşımaları, gömrük anbarından istifadə imkanları, malların təsnifat kodunun müəyyən edilməsi) məsələlərə münasibət bildirilərək, son dövrlərdə tətbiq olunmaqda olan alətlər və yeniliklər barədə məlumat mübadiləsi aparılmış və aşağıdakılar diqqətə çatdırılmışdır.Güzəştlərə müəyyən edilən müddətlərin uzadılması və ya yeni güzəştlərin tətbiqi səmərəliliyə dair müvafiq qiymətləndirilmələr aparıldıqdan sonra həyata keçirilir.Aksizli malların (alkoqollu içkilər və tütün məmulatları) tranzit daşınmasında qanunvericiliyə uyğun olaraq depozit mexanizmi tətbiq edilir.Gömrük anbarı xüsusi gömrük prosedurunun hüquqi əsasları təsbit edilmiş və son illərin nailiyyəti olaraq praktiki həyata keçirilməsi ilə bağlı mexanizmlər istifadəyə verilmişdir.  Eyni zamanda 2025-ci ildə qəbul edilmiş “Etibarlı Tərəfdaş Konsepsiyası” çərçivəsində qeyd olunan sahənin daha da inkişaf etdirilməsi nəzərdə tutulmuşdur.Malların təsnifat kodunun müəyyən edilməsi rəqəmsal alətlərin tətbiqi ilə sadələşdirilmiş və bu istiqamətdə  köməkçi alətlər yaradılmışdır.  Digər sahələr üzrə əldə edilmiş nailiyyətlər, gömrük dəyərinin müəyyən olunması zamanı beynəlxalq normalara istinad edilməklə hazırlanmış metodikadan istifadə, eləcə də malların buraxılışından sonra gömrük bəyannamələrində düzəliş etmə imkanlarının genişləndirildiyi nəzərə çatdırılmışdır.Sonda gömrük fəaliyyətinin diqqətlə izlənilməsi, tətbiq olunan yeni alət və mexanizmlərin nəzərə alınması, eləcə də gömrük işi ilə əlaqədar yaranan məsələlərin müzakirəsi məqsədilə görüşlərin keçirilməsinin vacibliyi qeyd edilmişdir. https://customs.gov.az/az/faydali/xeberler/2208
