From Cattle Pasture to Rainforest: Help Us Bring the Amazon Back to Life
Where the forest fell silent, we’re planting its future.
In the Amazon, old-growth trees have been cleared for cattle, leaving behind barren grasslands where endangered species once thrived. These degraded lands can no longer sustain wildlife, store carbon, or support healthy ecosystems. We are bringing them back to life — acre by acre — and you can help.
Our reforestation project transforms pastures into thriving rainforest, creating habitat, fighting climate change, and giving wildlife a chance to return. Join us in restoring these lost forests and protecting the Amazon for generations to come.
Our Forest Guardians collect seeds and seedlings from the healthiest native hardwood trees and nurture them in our nurseries. Once matured into saplings, these trees are replanted to restore forest cover, biodiversity, and balance.
Our Progress So Far
- 4,212 trees have been planted and successfully taken root, each one grown in our nurseries from seeds gathered by our Forest Guardians during patrols.
- 37 native species have been planted.
- 382 flowering plants have been planted to support hummingbird and bee populations.
- 40 meliponine beehives have been established to help restore indigenous bee populations.
Every acre we reforest helps restore biodiversity, protect endangered species, and capture carbon. But reforestation comes at a cost: about $1,500 per acre. Together, we can turn degraded cattle pastures back into rainforest — and strengthen one of Earth’s greatest defenders against climate change.
