The following are the terms of use (the “Terms”) that govern your use of the Account Manager website (the “Site”), which features advanced ticketing transaction technologies and services (collectively referred to as “Advanced Services”). Some of the Advanced Services are provided by MRSC, and some of the Advanced Services are provided by Ticketline (trading as Ticketmaster) ("Ticketmaster", “us”, “we” or “our”). These Terms shall constitute a valid, binding and enforceable legal agreement between you, MRSC and us. In the event of conflict between these Terms and MRSC's terms, MRSC terms shall prevail. There shall be no oral or implied agreement between you and us, you and MRSC, or you, us and MRSC, that shall be binding or enforceable. By visiting or using the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and MRSC's terms, as may be updated from time to time, and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site.
We may make changes to these Terms at any time. Any changes we make will be effective immediately when we post a revised version of these Terms on the Site. The “Last Updated” date above will tell you when these Terms were last revised. By continuing to use this Site after that date, you agree to the changes.
Account Registration
You will be required to register for an account to use the Site. Your account username may not include the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person, or be offensive, vulgar or obscene. Your account username and password are personal to you. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password, and for all activities (including purchases) that are conducted through your account. You may not transfer or sell access to your account. We will not be liable for any harm related to disclosure of your username or password or the use by anyone else of your username or password. You may not use another user’s account without that user’s permission. You will immediately notify us in writing if you discover any unauthorized use of your account or other account-related security breach. We may require you to change your username and/or password if we believe your account is no longer secure or if we receive a complaint that your username violates someone else’s rights. You will have no ownership in your account or your username. We may refuse registration, cancel an account or deny access to the Site for any reason.
Permitted Use
You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorised by us to do so. You also agree not to deep-link to the site for any purpose, unless specifically authorised by us and/or MRSC to do so. The content and software on this Site are the property of us, our suppliers and/or MRSC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. We and/or MRSC may post a legal notice and various credits on pages of the Site, which may not be removed. Please do not remove this notice or these credits, or any additional information contained along with the notices and credits.
Disclaimers
We do not promise that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any content, search or link on it. The Site and its content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We cannot ensure that files you download from the Site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
We make no guarantee of any specific result from use of this Site or use of the Advanced Services or any service provided by the MRSC.
We disclaim any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third party users, advertisers and/or sponsors on the Site, in connection with the Advanced Services, MRSC service or otherwise related to your use of the Site and/or the Advanced Services. We are not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with or referenced on the Site. Without limiting the foregoing, you may report the misconduct of users and/or third party advertisers, service and/or product providers referenced on or included in the Site to us using the "Contacts Us" page. We and/or MRSC may investigate the claim and take appropriate action, in our sole discretion.
Trademarks
Ticketmaster logos as well as Ticketmaster designs found on this site are registered trade marks of Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster trade marks may be used publicly only with our written permission.
Ownership of Materials
All materials on the Site are copyrighted and are protected under treaty provisions and world-wide copyright laws. The materials owned by us or the MRSC may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without our written permission. Except as expressly stated in the limited licence provision of these Terms, we and the MRSC do not grant any express or implied right to you of our trade marks, copyrights or other proprietary information.
Copyright Policy
We and/or MRSC will terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defence or fair use exemption to do so. In particular, users who submit content to this Site, whether articles, images, stories, software or other copyrightable material must ensure that the content they upload does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties (such as privacy or public rights). After proper notification by the copyright holder or its agent to us and/or MRSC, and confirmation through court order or admission by the user that they have used this Site as an instrument of unlawful infringement, we and/or MRSC will terminate the infringing users' rights to use and/or access this Site and/or the Advanced Services. We and/or MRSC may, also in our sole discretion, decide to terminate a user's rights to use or access the Site prior to that time if we believe that the alleged infringement has occurred.
Links and Search Results
The Site may automatically produce search results that reference or link to third party sites throughout the World Wide Web. We have no control over these sites or the content within them. We cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in the sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. We do not endorse the content of any third party site, nor do we warrant that they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against us and/or MRSC for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or to link to another site. If you have a problem with a link from the Site please notify us using the "Contact Us" page, we and/or MRSC may investigate your claim and take any actions we deem appropriate, in our sole discretion.
Prohibited Content
The following is a non-exhaustive list of the kind of content which is illegal or prohibited on the Site. It includes content that:
- is patently offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; could be harmful to minors;
- harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
- involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
- promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
- promotes an illegal or unauthorised copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
- contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
- displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
- provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
- provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
- solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
- engages in commercial activities and/or sales consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
Purchasing Tickets and Other Services
You may be able to access Advanced Services to:
- purchase or renew season tickets;
- register for season ticket waiting lists;
- purchase rights of refusal for post season event tickets;
- purchase parking;
- purchase ticket packages or single event tickets;
- pay ticket or waiting list deposits; and/or
- engage in other activities.
If you elect to engage in any such transaction, then additional terms may apply. Please consult MRSC for additional terms and requirements.
Orders for tickets purchased via the Site are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we or MRSC receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order via the Site that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, we will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice. If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information on the Site, it is your responsibility to confirm whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Season Ticket Forwarding
The Advanced Services may permit you to forward your season tickets to another person. You can send an email invitation with a link to transfer your tickets and if the recipient accepts your offer, the tickets will be placed into the recipient’s Ticketmaster account. Once the recipient accepts your offer, you will not be able to cancel the tickets.
Access and Interference
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorised purpose without our prior express written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content (except for your own personal, non-commercial use) from the Site without the prior express written permission of us.
Unauthorized Use of the Site
Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the Site, including, but not limited to, unauthorised ticket sales, unauthorised framing of or linking to the Site, or unauthorised use of any robot, spider or other automated device on the site, will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress.
Violation of the Terms
You understand and agree that in our or MRSC's sole discretion, and without prior notice, we or MRSC may terminate your access to the Site, cancel your ticket order or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorised User Content, if we or MRSC believe that the User Content you provided has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms, violated the rights of us, MRSC, another User or the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to us or MRSC for violations of these Terms and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. We may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity. We or MRSC are not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a User because you have violated these Terms of Use.
Limitation of Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will we or MRSC be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, MRSC, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site.
Disputes
This site is provided, and in some cases managed, by Ticketmaster from its offices in Ireland. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed and construed by Irish law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in court in Ireland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The terms and conditions upon which all tickets are issued by (or on behalf of) the Munster Branch IRFU (“Munster Rugby”) are set out below (“these Terms and Conditions”) and comprise three sections:
- General terms and conditions applicable to all categories of tickets;
- Supplementary terms and conditions application to Season tickets; and
- Supplementary terms and conditions applicable to 10 and 5 year ticket holders.
The acceptance or use ticket shall constitute acceptance by the ticket holder of these Terms and Conditions. A breach of these Terms and Conditions shall render the ticket void and all rights conferred or evidenced by it shall be nullified.
- Munster Rugby reserves the right in its sole discretion, to refuse admission to the ticket holder to the grounds or any part of the grounds, to remove the ticket holder from the grounds or to direct the ticket holder to another part of the grounds.
- Entry into the grounds will be authorised on a match day only upon the presentation of a valid ticket by each ticket holder seeking to gain entrance. Individuals who have been banned from attending matches by competent authorities or sport’s governing bodies in any jurisdiction, or who are considered as a security risk, are prohibited from entering or remaining in the grounds. On entering the grounds, the ticket holder always agrees to abide by ground regulations. For full details of ground regulations please see the ticket office page on www.munsterrugby.ie
- Tickets need to be checked and stored carefully, as tickets are non-refundable. Should the match be abandoned, postponed or cancelled, no money will be refunded. If the match is subsequently played or another match specifically played in its place, your ticket (or its replacement by Munster Rugby) will be valid for the rescheduled date.
- Fixtures, kick-off times and locations are subject to change at all times and Munster Branch IRFU cannot be held responsible for any associated costs to fans in the event of an amendment.
- Without prejudice to paragraph 3, Munster Rugby shall have no liability where you are unable to enter the grounds, attend the match or otherwise use your ticket because of any Act of God, terrorism, war, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, outbreak of disease, epidemic, pandemic, adverse weather or any other event (whether foreseen or unforeseen) beyond the reasonable control of Munster Rugby, its suppliers, contractors, servants or agents.
- At all times, whilst present at the grounds, ticket holders must comply with these Terms and Conditions, grounds regulations and all instructions or directions from any steward, Munster Rugby official, member of an Garda Siochana or PA announcements. Failure to comply could result in immediate ejection from the grounds.
- If the ticket holder is refused admission or removed, no money shall be refunded.
- This ticket is only valid for the section of the grounds printed on it.
- Tickets may only be purchased from Munster Rugby or through Ticketmaster©. Any ticket obtained from any other source (for example, unauthorised intermediaries such as ticket brokers, internet auctions, internet ticket agents) will be rendered void, and all rights of entry into the grounds will be nullified. Any person seeking to use such a ticket obtained through unauthorised sources will be refused entry into the grounds, ejected from the grounds and/or will have their ticket seized by the Management, in addition to other remedies available to the Management.
- Munster Rugby tickets can be purchased through the ticketing offices located at both Thomond Park Stadium and Irish Independent Park or online at www.munsterrugby.ie. Customers whose preference is to purchase online will be directed to Ticketmaster© who are the preferred sales platform for Munster Rugby. When purchasing tickets online you will be given a choice between paper tickets or e-ticket. If you select e-ticket your ticket will be emailed to you and you are required to print you own ticket. Once your ticket is printed it is a valid ticket which allows one entry per scan. You will only be able to print your e-ticket once.
- You are fully responsible for the care of your ticket. Munster Rugby is not obliged to replace lost or stolen tickets. In cases where Munster Rugby issued tickets are lost or stolen, the customer must contact the ticket office immediately. - Ticket office staff may request identification and proof of purchase before reprinting.
- An administration fee may be charged for the reprinting of individual match tickets.
- Tickets cannot be reprinted on match day under any circumstances.
- In the case of ticket purchases directly from Ticketmaster, the contract is between Ticketmaster and the ticket holder. Ticketmaster T&C’s can be found at https://www.ticketmaster.ie/legal/purchase.html
- Unauthorised duplication of your e-ticket is not permitted and will prevent your admittance to the event.
- Upon request from Management, ticket holders must explain how, from whom, where and for what consideration they obtained their tickets.
- Ticket holders are not permitted to exit and re-enter the grounds except in the case of an emergency. Patrons must inform a steward in order to ensure controlled and secure egress and access.
- If the ticket holder is not in the grounds at least 20 minutes prior to kick‐off, entry is not guaranteed.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Please visit [URL] for the most up to date version.
- Munster Rugby, its servants or agents shall have no liability for loss, injury or damage to the ticket holder, or his/her property while in the grounds or any part thereof on entering or leaving the grounds, whether caused by negligence or breach of contract of Munster Rugby or any of its servants or agents or otherwise.
- The ticket holder assumes all risk incidental to the game of rugby whether occurring prior to, during, or after the game including the danger of being injured by or in connection with loose, flying rugby balls and agrees that Munster Rugby are not liable for any injuries sustained.
- Any photograph, image, film or recording taken of any team or any member of any team may not be reproduced for any commercial purpose, whatsoever, whether for money or otherwise.
- Please respect all kickers by remaining silent during kicks.
- It is recommended that people who suffer from vertigo should contact the ticket office in Thomond Park Stadium (061)421103 for advice on purchasing suitable tickets. Should you suffer from vertigo on the day of a game, please advise the steward in your section of the stand and they will arrange to relocate you to the section of the ground designated for vertigo sufferers.
SEASON TICKETS
The following additional provisions shall apply in the case of Season Tickets.
- Munster Rugby offers Season tickets on an annual basis to existing and new members. Existing Full Members are given priority in renewing membership and exact same tickets as in previous seasons within a specific timeframe as communicated by Munster Rugby. Associate Members are also provided the opportunity to upgrade to full membership in a specific timeline and subject to availability following the renewal of full membership period. Once the above sales periods are closed, supporters who registered on waiting lists and general public are invited to purchase memberships and season tickets. These will be subject to defined timelines and availability.
- No refund(s) will be given if your Season Ticket is cancelled once the season has commenced.
- Season tickets are strictly non‐transferrable, and the ticket holder is not permitted to re‐sell any of the games contained therein unless through the Ticket Exchange facility offered through Munster Rugby Ticket Office.
- Ticket Exchange will only be available to season ticket holders once it is announced by Munster Rugby on a match by match basis.
- Upgrades of tickets will be available to season ticket holders up to 24 hours in advance of each game, where tickets are available and by purchasing through Account Manager. Munster Rugby reserves the right to not allow upgrades for any category of ticket or specific game.
- Season ticket holders can purchase additional seats through Account Manager. The ability to move their seat to another location will only be available for matches selected by Munster Rugby.
- Season Ticket(s) payments may be made in full or using the Staged Payment Plan or 50/50 Deferred Payment options. Payments must be kept up to date to ensure entry to the home fixtures.
- If a season ticket holder selects the Staged Payment Plan option, the 1st payment is made when applying for the season ticket, pause for one month and then continue for five consecutive months. Payment will be taken on a designated date of each month as indicated on the schedule of payments at the time of purchase. Customers selecting the 50/50 Deferred Payment option will pay 50% at the time of purchase and the final 50% at a confirmed date. Munster Rugby reserves the right to cancel or temporarily suspend your Season Ticket in the event of missed payments. In the event of a missed scheduled payment, the holder has 2 weeks to make the payment. After this point the season ticket may become null and void. Entry maybe refused into the grounds should the ticket be produced. Any monies paid to date will only cover games to that date and no future games. It is the season ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure that payment information is up to date.
- All payments will incur a Ticketmaster© service charge subject to the Season Ticket category.
- No re‐sale of this ticket is to be affected for more than its face value. It is prohibited to advertise the sale of this ticket in any forum, including placing the ticket for auction on any online auction website. Any such action may result in legal proceedings against the ticket holder and/or the advertiser/online auction website.
- This ticket shall not be used as a prize in any lottery or competition or for any other promotional or advertising purposes unless expressly authorised in writing by Munster Rugby.
- Season Tickets will be e-ticket only. Patrons can access stadia using e-ticket and no other form of identification is acceptable.
- Membership cards are issued for accessing the MRSC bars only. In the event of lost cards, cards will only be reissued to the ticket account holder. An administration fee applies to the re-issue of Membership cards.
- The sale of junior tickets by Munster Rugby is strictly for ticket holders who are 16 years old or under. Holders of a junior ticket must be 16 or under when entering the stadium. Proof of age may be requested on entry to the stadium. Non-compliance will lead to being refused entry.
Covid-19 Advice
All spectators must adhere to Covid-19 related restrictions and current local public health advice when deciding to attend and while attending an event at Munster Rugby Stadia. Munster Rugby has adopted new and enhanced safety measures to help keep spectators safe. Failure to comply will result in immediate ejection from the stadium without refund or reimbursement.
While safety measures are in place to protect spectators, players, staff and officials, the risk cannot by completely eliminated. By attending an event, you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Munster Rugby and any affiliated companies relating to such risks.
It is the personal responsibility of all supporters to ensure they adhere to Government guidelines and adult supporters should note that proof of vaccination or recovery and ID may be requested before entry.
10 YEAR/5 YEAR TICKETS
The following additional provisions shall apply in the case of 10 Year/5 Year tickets.
- Munster Rugby offers 10 Year/5 Year Seat Packages to new and existing seat owners. Customers are invited to purchase seats from the following offers:

- 10 Year Ticket - Thomond Park Category A Seating
- 5 Year Ticket - Thomond Park Cat A Seating
Prices of Seat Packages and associated benefits will vary depending on the option purchased. Full membership in the Munster Rugby Supporters Club is included with any package purchased.
- 10 Year/5 Year tickets are strictly non‐transferrable, and the ticket holder is not permitted to re‐sell any of the games contained therein unless through the Ticket Exchange facility offered through the Munster Rugby Ticket Office.
- 10 Year/5 Year ticket holders can purchase additional seats through Account Manager.
- If a 10 Year/5 Year ticket holder selects the 3 Staged Payment Method, 50% of payment is made when applying for the ticket. 25% is made in year 3 and a final 25% in year 5. If a 6 Staged Payment is selected, payments will be made over 3 years. Schedule of payments will be recorded in Account Manager. In the event of a missed scheduled payment, the holder will be contacted by a Munster Rugby member of staff and will have 2 weeks to make the payment. Failure to meet any staged payment plans may void the tickets for future games from payment due date and entry may be refused into the grounds. It is the 10 Year/5 Year ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure that payment information is up to date. Munster Rugby reserves the right to cancel or temporarily suspend 10 Year/5 Year Tickets in the event of missed payments.

- One lump sum payment made during the renewal/sales period. Seat(s) will only be secured once payment is received.
3 Staged Payments
- 50% at the time of purchase, followed by 25% in year 3, followed by 25% in year 5.
- Staged payments can only avail of the full sales price.
- a 4% APR finance fee applies for new customers, waived for existing customers during renewals.
6 Staged Payments
- 6 payments over 3 years.

- 10 Year/5 Year tickets may not be resold for more than their face value. It is prohibited to advertise the sale of this ticket in any forum, including placing the ticket for auction on any online auction website. Any such action may result in legal proceedings against the ticket holder and/or the advertiser/online auction website.
- No 10 Year/5 Year ticket shall be used as a prize in any lottery or competition or for any other promotional or advertising purposes unless expressly authorised in writing by Munster Rugby.
