QUALITY, INFORMATION SECURITY and BUSINESS CONTINUITY POLICY

ALTER SOFTWARE, SLU. is an independent technology company founded in 2002 that focuses its activity on the development of innovative solutions for the digitization of business management, specializing mainly in two major sectors: Financial (securities industry) and Agri-Food.

For this reason, it has implemented a Integrated Management System (IMS)according to the reference standards UNE/EN-ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and UNE/EN ISO 22301The aim is to achieve the satisfaction expected by customers, through established processes based on continuous improvement, guaranteeing the continuity of information systems, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with the objectives set, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information at all times.

To this end, the Management assumes its commitment to quality, information security and guaranteeing the operational continuity of the company’s critical processes, and establishes the following principles:

  • Management competence and leadership as a commitment to develop the Integrated Management System.
  • Determine the internal and external stakeholders involved in the Integrated Management System and comply with their requirements.
  • Understand the context of the Organization and identify the Organization’s opportunities and risks, as a basis for action planning to address, assume or deal with them.
  • To guarantee the satisfaction of our customers, including the parties interested in the results of the company in all matters relating to the development of our activities and their possible impact on society.
  • Establish objectives and goals focused on performance evaluation, as well as continuous improvement in the activities regulated in the Integrated Management System.
  • Comply with the requirements of the legislation applicable to our activity, the commitments acquired with customers and interested parties, and all those internal rules or guidelines to which the company is subject.
  • To ensure the confidentiality of the data managed and the availability of the information systems, both in the services offered to customers and in internal management, avoiding undue alterations to the information.
  • Ensure the capacity to respond to emergency situations, restoring the operation of critical services in the shortest possible time.
  • Establish the appropriate measures for the treatment of risks derived from the identification and evaluation of assets.
  • Motivate and train all personnel working in the Organization, both for the correct performance of their job and to act according to the requirements of the reference standards; providing a suitable environment to develop the processes.
  • Maintain fluid communication both internally and with the rest of the stakeholders.
  • To evaluate and guarantee the technical competence of our personnel for the performance of their functions, as well as to ensure their adequate motivation for their participation in the continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Control and maintain a system of continuous evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors in the performance of their activities, especially those related to the SGI.
  • To guarantee the correct state of the facilities and equipment, so that they are in correspondence with the activity, objectives and goals of the company.
  • To guarantee a continuous analysis of all relevant processes, establishing the pertinent improvements in each case, based on the results obtained and the objectives established.
  • Provide the necessary resources to enable the activation of the appropriate continuity solutions.
  • Maintain a recurring Business Impact Analysis process to ensure ALTER’ s ability to respond to disruptive scenarios.

These principles are assumed by the Management, which has the necessary means and provides its employees with sufficient resources to comply with them, and makes them known to the public through this Policy.
