What kinds of services does Al Nahda Visa Medical Centre offer?

They do medical fitness screenings for visas that are approved by MOHAP. These include:

  • Physical check by a licenced doctor
  • Tests of the blood for illnesses that can be spread, like HIV, Hepatitis B and C, and Syphilis
  • A chest X-ray exam to check for tuberculosis
  • If needed, vaccinations can be given.

Standard service: The full test (exam, blood test, X‑ray) usually takes 15–30 minutes, with results available within 24–48 hours

VIP/Express option: Fast-track service (approx. AED 780) allows results in 2–3 hours, with screening completed in about 10 minutes.

  • New visa: passport, entry visa, and a recent picture the size of a passport that is no more than three months old.
  • Renewal: Passport (with visa stamped on it), Emirates ID, and a copy of your passport

What is the DHA (Dubai Health Authority)?

How to apply:

  • You can book online through the DHA website.

What is a medical fitness test for a visa?

A medical fitness test is a health check that is needed to apply for or renew a stay visa in the UAE. This test is done to make sure that candidates don’t have any contagious diseases like HIV, TB, or Hepatitis B and C.

Anyone above the age of 18 seeking to apply for a position as an expat must:

  • New UAE residency visas
  • Visa renewals
  • Family visa sponsorships

What is Tawjeeh?

Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE) has given Tawjeeh centres the power to teach and advise both workers and employers about UAE labour laws, rights, and duties. Before they start working in the UAE, they give new employees workshops to help them learn about the job.

Tasheel is an online government system that makes it easier for MOHRE to handle labor-related tasks. People and businesses can use Tasheel centres to do things like get work permits, labour contracts, renew their job visas, and get licences for their businesses.

Services offered by Tawjeeh are:

  • New employees must go through mandatory training classes
  • Teaching materials about workers’ rights in the UAE
  • How to file a complaint
  • Rules for protecting employees and reviewing contracts

Tasheel centers offer:

  • Handing out and renewing contracts and labour cards
  • Applications for work permits
  • Creating a salary certificate

What does the ICP (Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security) do?

The Federal Authority (ICP) is in charge of giving out and handling Emirates IDs, UAE nationality and passports, residency permits, entry visas, and customs and border security across the whole of the UAE.

It is required and is used for legal reasons, to prove who you are, to get government services, to move within the GCC (for UAE citizens), and to identify you.

An Emirates ID is required for all UAE citizens, GCC citizens living in the UAE, and expatriate people, even babies. It is the law that you have to keep it with you at all times.

Here’s how to get an Emirates ID:

  • The ICP website or through smart app
  • Authorized typing services
  • When expats apply for or update their visas, it’s part of the process.

We can help you get the necessary DCD approvals for building completion to make sure your project complies with all fire safety regulations.

In order to ensure that firms are properly licensed and follow all fire safety and emergency protocols, we assist them in obtaining company-level approval from DCD.

Contracts pertaining to fire and safety equipment, maintenance, or construction must adhere to DCD requirements, and the Deal service makes sure of it. If you need official clearance for one of these contracts, we can assist you examine it and register it with DCD.

With the PRO Card, businesses and their representatives can communicate with DCD in an individualized setting. We facilitate the application and renewal of PRO Cards for businesses, allowing them to communicate and process with the government more efficiently.
