AllTele Softphone is a SIP-based VoIP application that turns your internet connection into a phone line. It lets you place and receive calls using credentials from your VoIP provider, helping you stay reachable without relying on a dedicated desk phone.

Key capabilities include:

  • Make and receive clear, reliable voice calls over the internet
  • Standard call controls: hold, mute, transfer, conference, and DTMF
  • Contact management with favorites and quick search
  • Call history with redial and missed-call indicators
  • Voicemail access (when supported by your provider)
  • Flexible audio device selection and adjustable audio settings
  • Support for common SIP features and NAT traversal for stable connectivity
  • Optional security features such as encrypted signaling/media when supported by your service

Getting started is straightforward: enter the SIP username, password, and server details provided by your VoIP service. Note that emergency calling via VoIP may be limited; check with your provider for availability and terms. If you’re using an AllTele account, use the credentials they supply to register the softphone.

AllTele Softphone is developed by AllTele. The most popular versions of this product among our users are: 4.0, 4.1 and 4.6. The name of the program executable file is SoftPhone.exe.
