It actually looks pretty badass, but then again, I always like the trailers for MNS movies and then usually end up disappointed in the theater. We'll see~ Props for the nice effects, though.

I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry. None of this is personal, and I'm not doing this for attention or to be emo or any of that crap. I just felt like it was time for a change! I've had a huge friends list for years and I feel like I didn't know most of you as well as I should. With my recent inactivity on this journal, I haven't even been keeping up with those of you closest to me. So for my own sanity, I've cut everyone but those I feel I just can't possibly part with. (And I'll have you know that some of you were very tough decisions.)

If you're upset that I cut you and you don't give a shit that I never comment and hardly ever post anymore, please tell me. I'll be happy to re-friend anyone who wants to continue to read my journal, especially since I may be going friends-only soon. Otherwise, I wish you all the best! ♥

My best wishes to everyone on the LJ staff who got laid off. It happens, but I must say their timing and lack of severance pay sucks hardcore. In good news, unemployment isn't half bad, and the unexpected free time can be a blessing. My room has never been so clean.

While I'm not too worried about LJ going bye-bye anytime soon, I'll be backing up my entries (it's good to do anyway), and if anyone has an invite to Inksome, could I pretty please have one? ♥* I'm looking forward to Dreamwidth, but Inksome's 18+ policy has appealed to me on a fandom level for awhile now.

How is everyone's new year going? Any exciting plans for '09?

I fail at updating my LJ these days. Apparently I missed some excitement? :'3

I don't know if this is a temporary thing or not, I just feel a lack of motivation in updating lately. I think, "Oh, I should post this on LJ," and then I get home and I'm like, "Ehhhh..." I'm thinking I'm going to take this opportunity to prune my friends list and communities and just take on less of LJ in general. Maybe then I'll feel like this space is a little more personal? I may even go *gasp* friends-only!

Anyway, sorry for my extended absences. Just FYI, I'm always on AIM, which you can get on my contact info post. *points up* Don't think that just because I'm AWOL doesn't mean I don't want to talk to you guys.

How's the holiday season for everyone so far? My roommates and I had Christmas dinner and opened presents last night, which confirmed my suspicion that all but one of my roommates don't really "get" me. But that's okay, since most of the time I don't really "get" them either. Today I'm going to head down to my Mom's house and finish wrapping gifts.

In terms of internet stuff, I think my creativity bone is FINALLY growing back! I made a new layout for Atonement recently, and I updated the info on Just-Peachy.com. I have plans to work on more sites over the next few weeks and actually get everything a little cleaner and less out-of-date. Also, I owe people scans...lots of scans! Especially napkins. I haven't forgotten. Wish me luck!
