Meet the Team!

The entire team at All Kids Are Perfect is DMI certified and extremely capable. Therapists have also received training directly from Dana, so they have a deep understanding of what AKAP Therapy entails.

Rachel Silver
Rachel earned both her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Since graduating in 2022, she has gone on to become a Credentialed Clinical Instructor and is passionate about guiding young therapists in their clinical journey. Rachel’s interest in early development led to her publication in the Infant Mental Health Journal (Volume 45, Issue 1, January 2024), where she contributed research on the impact of infant massage. Her strong foundation in psychology and motor development supports her holistic approach to pediatric therapy.
Cecelia Hawes
Cecelia (“Cece”) brings warmth, expertise, and creativity to her role as an Occupational Therapist at AKAP. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Psychology and Exercise and Sport Science, and went on to earn her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from East Carolina University in 2019. Cece has specialized training in Sensory Integration, Zones of Regulation, the ALERT Program, Floortime, Astronaut Training, and trauma-informed care. Her thoughtful, child-led approach helps make our OT program a place where kids feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow in their own unique way.


Emily Nevola
Emily has been practicing as a physical therapist since graduating from Sacred Heart University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. She also received her bachelors of Exercise Science in 2018. Since then, she has gathered experience through working in different environments including school based, private practice, rehab, and outpatient settings. Emily has had the pleasure of working with individuals across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Lauren Broderick
Lauren completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her doctorate in physical therapy from George Washington University. She has been practicing in pediatrics for over 9 years in both outpatient and early intervention environments with children across the lifespan.


Tara Andrade
Tara has been practicing as a Physical Therapist since 2020 when she graduated with her Doctorate degree from Mercy University in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Her prior education includes a bachelors of science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island. She has always had a passion for pediatrics and has worked with families in the outpatient pediatric and home care setting for over 3 years.
