| ♠Me There's nothing I can write here that will describe what I am about, what this journal is about, or what you might find here without sounding more cliche than I have already. That being said, a tiny bit about myself: I'm a college graduate with two Bachelor's degrees (journalism and English) who, despite graduating with honors, is working at a major financial institution. I enjoy music, reading, and art. I used to paint. I wish I could say I still do, but when it's been a while since I produced anything. At least, anything that I like. I don't know that I qualify as a current painter. Same goes with writing. I fancy myself a writer without really writing anything. But it's there, the talent that is, just not the drive or motivation. Life seems to be getting in the way. However, to replace the painting, I've taken up graphic design and making online graphics. I've done work for various LJ communities and friends, finally opening my own community a few years ago. Feel free to join:  ashen_memories, I'd love to make something for you.♠Journal I mainly write about my everyday life, shit that happens that I like or hate, with the occasional rant and/or hilariously embarassing moment.
