James Perry has specialized in placing private investor and pension fund capital into well-secured trust deed investments since 1989. Mr. Perry has originated, funded, closed and serviced over $1 billion in private money trust deed transactions.
With more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Perry has successfully led his company through multiple real estate cycles, including the market downturns of the early 1990s, the 2007-2009 financial crisis, and the COVID-19 period. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the California Mortgage Association, reflecting his long-standing leadership and involvement in the industry.
