Please note the landlord will always require written copies of references. We would recommend providing the essential information below in order for the landlord to make a quick decision on any applications received:

• Current employer’s reference stating annual salary/employers contract/three months of payslips.
• Current or previous landlord reference.
• Proof of identity.
• Proof of current address.
