We need at least a 72 hour cancellation notice or you will be responsible for the whole stay, regardless if we board. Deposits are non-refundable. When booking your stay you are responsible for the entire booking. Picking up your pet early without notification will hold you responsible for all days in your booking. When picking up your pet earlier than requested the 72 hours hour cancellation still applies.

Deposit & Late Fee Pickup Information
Due to high demand, we require a deposit for any boarding over a 3 day span. Daycare attendees need to be picked up by the close of business day. Any dog picked up late will receive a $15.00 late charge to their daily total. Boarding clients late for pickup will also receive a $15.00 late fee added onto their stay.
