About
Nattanya’s life reads like an adventure log. Too young to fly at seventeen, she first crossed oceans as a stewardess on a Danish freighter. She later realized her dream with a major North American airline, only to watch it shatter after an engine exploded beside her moments after takeoff. Diagnosed with PTSD, she endured a decade-long battle for health and career, captured in her memoir Broken Wings: A Flight Attendant’s Journey and her investigative follow-up and investigative series, The PTSD Fallacy, chronicling resilience and exposing mental-health industry failings. Now settled on Vancouver Island, she continues writing—and sailing—with two dogs.
