All Email Access

All Email Access is an app for syncing all your email accounts and managing them from the same interface. Say goodbye to having three different email apps to access your three separate email addresses and all the hassle that entails. Instead, you can perform any action from a single app.

The first thing you have to do after installing All Email Access is choose which email servers you want to manage. By default, the app comes with Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Zoho, and AOL Mail, but you can add many more, including Outlook, Office 365, BT Mail, One Mail, Hush Mail, Sapo Mail, and others that you can find simply by scrolling down. The email servers you select will appear as shortcuts on the app's main tab.

Once you've set up the main tab on All Email Access with the email servers you want, all you have to do is log into each of them. This process is very simple. This app lets you access web versions for each email client, so all you have to do is log in the first time, after which you can access that inbox simply by tapping the button corresponding to the email client in question. From there, you can view your emails, reply to them, forward them, etc.

Although this email client aggregation is the main feature, that's not all All Email Access has to offer. For example, you can use the calendar to create reminders directly from the app, which is very useful for remembering to send emails. Another interesting feature is the attachments folder, thanks to which you can quickly and easily access all the files you've received in all your inboxes in a single place.
