As a leadership facilitator, I work with C-suite and executive teams to build the collective intelligence, trust, and relational coherence that drive sustainable business results. After working in management consultancy and holding leadership roles in e-commerce and tech, I saw how even high-performing teams operate from hidden disconnection. Strategic frameworks alone don't solve this. Real transformation demands a shift in how leaders relate to themselves and each other – the foundation for breakthrough performance. This insight led me to merge leadership consulting with humanistic psychology, neuroscience, and somatic work. I co-authored Self-Empowered Leadership, supporting leaders in amplifying their presence and influence. The natural evolution was creating a dedicated space where your senior team could do this relational work together, strengthen psychological safety, and unlock your collective performance potential as a truly unified leadership force.
