Eligibility
  • Open to 3rd & 4th year students of B.Tech / B.E / Integrated Dual Degree programs

  • M.Tech 1st & 2nd year students

  • Students from all engineering & technology colleges across India

  • Inter-college teams allowed

  • Inter-specialization teams allowed

Team Size: Up to 3-5 members per team

Format & Timeline
  • Total Rounds: 3

    • 2 Virtual Rounds (Online)

    • 1 Grand Finale (In-person, New Delhi)

📅 15th November 2025 – 11th April 2026

Round 1 – Proof of Concept (POC) Submission (Mandatory) 🔔 Important Submission Deadline

Submissions received after this date will NOT be considered for evaluation.

What Teams Must Submit for Round 1 (POC)

Each team must submit:

  1. POC Presentation Deck

    • Maximum 10 slides

    • Format: PDF

  2. POC Demonstration

    • Live demo link OR

    • Recorded demo video (4–5 minutes maximum)

    • Must clearly show a working model / software / application

  3. GitHub Repository

    • Public or private

    • Read-only access must be provided

What Will Be Evaluated in the POC Round 1️⃣ Problem & Use Case (Clarity)
  • Clear problem statement

  • Target users / industry

  • Why the problem matters (impact & urgency)

2️⃣ Proposed Solution (POC Focus)
  • What exactly is being built in this PoC

  • Core features demonstrated (not future scope)

  • How the solution is better or different from existing approaches

3️⃣ Technical Approach
  • Architecture / flow diagram

  • Algorithms / models used (AI/ML, rules, systems, etc.)

  • Data sources (real, synthetic, public, simulated)

4️⃣ POC Demonstration (Most Important)
  • Working demo OR recorded demo

  • What works today vs what is planned for the Grand Finale

  • Key outputs and results shown clearly

5️⃣ Tools & Tech Stack
  • Programming languages, frameworks, platforms

  • APIs, cloud services, libraries used

6️⃣ Business Impact & Scalability (Optional)
  • Who would pay for this and why

  • Potential business value, cost savings, or efficiency gains

  • How the solution can scale beyond PoC

7️⃣ Team Contribution
  • Role of each team member

  • Who built what (tech, research, UI, business)

  • Current constraints of the POC
