Gr8at: #AsherPerlman

I’m a big fan of New Yorker cartoonist Asher Perlman. He’s my favourite current cartoonist and his incisive wit really makes me laugh. With the recent release of “Well, This is Me: A Cartoon Collection from The New Yorker’s Asher Perlman” I thought I’d share eight of his best. Well, okay, nine. I just couldn’t leave one out.

Line(s) of the Day #TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

They’re heroes in a half-shell and they’re green (Hey – get a grip!)
When the evil Shredder attacks
These Turtle boys don’t cut him no slack!

Taken from the theme tune to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987 – 1996). Based on a comic book, the hugely successful cartoon told of the adventures of Leonardo, Donatello, Michaelangelo, and of course, my favourite, Raphael.
