During the spring months, conditions that create severe weather such as thunderstorms, dangerous thunderstorms, lightning strikes and tornadoes may develop at any time and with little warning.
All members of the Missouri S&T community should be familiar with these types of weather conditions and the proper procedures for seeking shelter during severe weather activity. Missouri S&T faculty, staff and students should sign up for emergency alert notifications or update their contact information here. Missouri S&T will notify the campus community of severe weather through the mass notification system.
