2012 Agenda
(This is just according to Coral — we can add or subtract, as decided at conference.)
- Start to formalize something like bylaws, based on discussion at the annual conference. (We’ll discuss the organization of the group and where we want it to go, at our in-person meeting. We have to have a Chair, but, at that meeting, we might choose to have a different officer structure than our current one.)
- Plan and run some sort of event–either another mentoring social, or something more awesome that we haven’t thought of yet–for the 2013 conference.
- Set up quarterly meetings, using [ideally] free software for distance collaboration. (If video/audio won’t work, we can probably set up some kind of text-chat?) It would be extra good if these meetings had a continuing education component, but they will definitely have a business portion, for discussing the bylaws and planning conference.
