Mission

The mission of the International Academy of Sport Science and Technology (AISTS) is to bring a positive contribution to the management of sport through post-graduate and executive education, as well as applied research, consulting and services by developing, integrating and delivering multidisciplinary knowledge from human sciences, life sciences and engineering sciences.

The AISTS is located on the campus of the University of Lausanne and EPFL in the new Synathlon building, a unique venue for sport, training and research opened in 2018.

What is the average age of AISTS Master participants? 

The average age of participants in the AISTS Master in Sport Management is approximately 29 years old.

Candidates have an average of 7 years of work experience before joining the programme. However, this is only an average, and we highly value diversity within the class, including age, with no strict age limits. We therefore have a large scale of ages, from younger to more experienced.

Are the requirements the same for international applicants?

The AISTS MAS in Sport Management & Technology is truly an international programme. The class counts each year over 20 different nationalities from all 5 continents for approximately 35 participants. The requirements are the same for all participants, regardless of the nationality or country of origin.
