For example, the APS X screw series stands out thanks to its highly efficient, EU-assembled screw block, combined with direct drive (1:1) technology. By eliminating belts and gear transmissions, these industrial-class machines deliver higher efficiency, reduced wear and longer service life. Advanced control panels—such as MAM-860, MAM-6080, MAM-6090, AirVision One and AirVision Touch—provide full control over operating parameters, including pressure settings, voltage monitoring, unloading times and temperature alerts. APS X G3 – Variable-speed efficiency, predictable operating costs, and smart control

The APS X G3 series is built for small to medium-sized industrial plants that need a dependable, energy-saving compressed air supply—ideal for workshops, production lines, packaging systems, CNC machines and large storage/material handling environments. With variable-speed operation, APS X G3 delivers output that match real demand, helping you avoid energy waste and keep production running smoothly.

For maximum efficiency, APS X G3 combines IE5 Ultra Premium Efficiency motors (10–20 HP), latest-generation air-ends, a direct-drive transmission, optimized air/oil circuits, and state-of-the-art inverters. The result is a lower cost per m³ of air and predictable operating costs—more air output with less electricity, day after day.

Smart control comes standard via the AirVision controller, with an intuitive interface, real-time monitoring and predictive diagnostics. Full inverter integration provides clear error messages, while a secure webserver enables remote access and visualisation—simplifying service, improving reliability and supporting a longer service life with fewer stoppages.

APS X G3 is also designed for comfort and flexibility. Low-speed air-ends and radial cooling fans deliver very low noise levels (40–45 dB(A) at 4 m), allowing installation closer to the point of use. The compact, modern layout fits easily into space-limited areas and helps protect downstream equipment by supporting consistent air quality.

The APS Basic series is ideal for small to medium-sized production facilities looking for a compact, cost-effective and reliable compressed air solution. These V-belt-driven compressors are easy to operate and maintain, while offering a wide performance range from 240 to 1,860 l/min. Built-in safety features, including an emergency stop button and dedicated safety valve, ensure safe daily operation.

APS Basic compressors are available with maximum pressures of 8, 10 or 13 bar, and motor power ratings from 3 to 20 HP, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.

APS D – Heat recovery and intelligent energy use

The APS D series is designed to maximise efficiency through sealed cooling channels that recover heat energy generated during compression. This recovered heat can be reused, delivering measurable energy savings.

High-quality motors, oil-injected screw blocks, automatic condensate drains and two-stage filtration ensure dependable operation and clean compressed air. New-generation APS D models are equipped with the ES 4000 S controller, allowing users to monitor performance, optimise operation and reduce energy consumption.

Available in 10 or 13 bar versions, with motor power from 10 to 20 HP, APS D compressors are offered as standalone units or Combi Dry 500 systems (with a 500-litre air receiver and integrated dryer).

APS DD – Variable speed, direct drive efficiency

The APS DD series builds on the APS D platform with variable-speed inverter control and direct drive technology, eliminating transmission losses and further improving efficiency.

A temperature-controlled cooling fan operates only when required, reducing energy use and extending component life. The advanced ES 4000 colour display controller continuously monitors system performance, alerts users to deviations and supports energy optimisation.

APS DD compressors operate at 12.5 or 13 bar, feature motors from 10 to 20 HP, and are available in standalone or Combi Dry 500 configurations.

APS BD – High power for intensive industrial applications

For higher air demand, the APS BD series offers motor power from 30 to 50 HP. Most models are fixed-speed machines equipped with star–delta starters, reducing inrush current by up to three times and protecting electrical components during start-up.

Available with direct drive or gearbox drive, APS BD compressors deliver stable performance with reduced noise and excellent efficiency—especially in continuous-duty environments.
