Nemanja Kuzmanovic

Starting his journey in digital marketing over a decade ago, Nem began with copywriting, laying a solid foundation in crafting compelling messages. This early experience paved the way for his transition to customer success at the largest independent Ad Server, Amazon Ad Server (formerly Sizmek). In this role, he had the privilege of collaborating with some of the world’s leading media agencies, managing high-profile campaigns for AAA clients such as Rolex, Apple, Volkswagen, PlayStation, and Autotrader.

His tenure at Amazon Ad Server was marked by spearheading numerous complex campaign implementations, each presenting unique creative, strategic, and targeting challenges. He consistently elevated customer success standards, delivering exceptional results and fostering strong client relationships.

With a proven track record in customer success, he transitioned to the Creative Engineering department. Here, he continued to champion excellence with a “Customer Comes First” philosophy, ensuring that client KPIs remained the primary metric of success. This role allowed him to blend technical acumen with customer-centric strategies, driving innovative solutions that met and exceeded client expectations.

Shawn Murnan

360-degree marketer who applies deep customer insights into growing strong brands and delivering positive financial returns. Working across Fortune 100 brands and start-ups unleashes traditional and innovative tactics to accelerate growth.

Unique background that includes client, external agency, internal agency, and marketing services. Added Executive Recruiting as an additional skillset in 2023. Leadership style is described as highly collaborative, transformative, and communicative. Experience in CPG, consumer electronics, healthcare, retail, services, mobile phone, banking, and airlines.

Shawn spent 14 years at BestBuy as the Sr Director of Marketing and Brand Advertising.

Bob Casserly

Bobby has served start-ups to Fortune 500 companies with strategic sales, product and go-to-market initiatives for over 20 years. Currently he is the CRO of AIMI Automation as well as leading the AIMI Agency Team.

For 7 years he was the founding partner at Agency Underground, an “A” team of storytellers, designers, digital and creatives where he helped flush out a brand’s best story. Clients included ESPN, Target, UHC Ventures, BiPro, HOM and Slalom. Prior, he spearheaded sales and marketing for CrashPlan/Code 42, launching the winning enterprise sales strategy and growing revenue from 0 to over 40 million in 3 years.

He’s worked closely with Apple, Genentech, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pandora, Oracle, Nike, Google, HP, Salesforce, Netflix, Evernote, Kraft, Los Alamos, NASA, Sandisk, Samsung and other companies. His work at Code 42 helped attract a 52.5M investment from Excel Partners.

He was the founder and CEO of Talkingpoint – a digital marketing platform that attracted investors like Maveron – a VC firm founded by Howard Schultz. The company was sold to a private investment fund. Always a passionate storyteller, he is the co-founder of Maximon Pictures producing the feature film Three Days of Rain with Peter Falk, Lyle Lovett, Jason Patric, Blythe Danner, and directors Michael Meredith and Wim Wenders. Maximon Pictures also released The Open Road, starring Justin Timberlake and Jeff Bridges. As a member of the Screen Actors Guild Bob has appeared in numerous commercials, TV, and film.

Mike Gibbs

Mike was at Fallon Worldwide for years as a an award winning creative director. He was lucky to be a key player in the core creative group that helped make Fallon a global brand recognized for creative excellence. Fallon won “Agency Of The Year, 3 times during his tenure.

His most well-known work includes “Stay Smart,” for Holiday Inn Express. It still remains the longest-running and most successful campaign in the hotel industry. Film and print work for BMW. And “Be more PBS,” are other campaigns of note.

His PBS spot, “Fish,” won the 2003 Emmy for Most Outstanding Television Commercials .He’s collected lots of other awards, but he’s most proud of having some of my work in MOMA’s permanent collection. Fresh out of Fallon, 2010, he joined a tech start-up called BiteTech. While there he served as writer, dental technician, and sports agent to a dozen amateur athletes across the globe.

He helped rebrand MSNBC with their “Lean Forward” campaign and also produced work for Ford Explorer, PBS, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Purina, Nike, Saucony, Vasque Boots, Red Wing, 3M, the Minnesota Lynx and Nice Ride Minnesota–Minnesota’s bike-sharing program.

Has was a professional triathlete and part-time member of the U.S. Cross Country Ski Team, for whom he still occasionally serves as a wax technician. Two children, Max, 24, and Piper, 21, both of whom have better imaginations than me.

Robert Rice

A champion of comedic storytelling, Bob has helmed long-running, iconic campaigns for major brands including Honda, Volkswagen, Sonnet, Pizza Hut, Home Depot, A&W and Rogers. Bob has earned the trust of clients and creatives everywhere.

Bob was instrumental in the successful launch of the luxury vehicle Lexus,helped re-brand Energizer batteries with the Energizer bunny and make Reebok one of the most competitive shoe companies to ever nip at the heels of Nike.

As a writer at Saatchi & Saatchi then being snagged to be the creative director at Chiat-Day he ran its Los Angeles and New York offices finally climbing the ladder becoming the head of marketing in London. He created advertising for major accounts, including Nike, Nissan and American Express. He’s won several lions Cannes Film Festival, Clios and numerous other industry awards.
