Another year, another decline. It’s a familiar pattern for Craigslist, the dinosaur of U.S. classifieds. Revenue at Craigslist dropped 20% to $302 million last year, its lowest total since 2013 and a third consecutive year of decline, according to AIM Group estimates. At its peak, in 2018, Craigslist generated more than $1 billion in revenue.
