AIM’s HOLISTIC MODEL

Trafficking is a complex problem that requires an interconnected strategy that strikes at the very roots of exploitation. Our holistic model is built to stop human trafficking.

Ending cycles of exploitation by combining law-enforcement intelligence, survivor-focused care, and legal action to stop human trafficking networks for good.

We equip local law enforcement systems to combat exploitation at the source. AIM’s SWAT Team leads rescue operations, drawing from intelligence gathered through our programs and community presence. Side by side with local officers, we train, build airtight cases, and coordinate raids that put traffickers behind bars and bring survivors into freedom.

+ Over 180 raids on locations
that have been permanently closed
+ Over 600 traffickers arrested

Our dedicated social workers stand as guardians during rescue operations, protecting survivors’ dignity and well-being from rescue through healing, creating a layer of protection between survivors and those who would exploit them.

When survivors see police, they get scared. But then a gentle voice breaks through: “You’re safe now. I know because I’ve been where you are.” These are our survivor-advocates, many of whom are survivors who now return to pull others from darkness, walking side by side and whispering the words they once desperately needed to hear. Without this bridge of understanding, survivors often run back to their exploiters. Our social workers prevent re-trafficking while enabling successful prosecutions as survivors find the courage to testify against their abusers.

+ Over 2,000 survivors assisted

AIM’s legal team fights in the courtroom so survivors never stand alone. They shape field intelligence into compelling prosecutions, walk beside each survivor through every legal step, and press for verdicts that close trafficking venues for good. Each conviction restores dignity, each sealed doorway signals hope, and every ruling echoes the courage of those who help make justice possible.

+ Over 95% Conviction Rate

AIM creates lasting change by eliminating the root causes of exploitation while empowering the community to address the conditions that allow it to exist.

Empowering schools as the first line of defense—equipping educators with tools to recognize trafficking signs, create safe environments, and provide ongoing support to protect every child.

AIM’s school-safety model provides year-round coaching and survivor-informed safeguarding policies. We transform classrooms into both sanctuaries and watchtowers, where children protected and trained to recognize their value and find their voice.

Mobilizing faith communities as protective networks around vulnerable communities through targeted mentorship that builds anti-trafficking ministries.

AIM’s mentorship track equips pastors to disciple their congregations in anti-trafficking ministry. This strategic approach combines a theological foundation with practical tools, enabling churches to develop prevention workshops and provide opportunities for members to actively live out their faith.

Breaking generational cycles of exploitation through culturally-relevant programming that addresses root causes while creating pathways to purpose and belonging.

AIM empowers men to become fierce protectors within their communities. Local leaders mentor the next generation, redefining what strength looks like. These programs have multiplied into a discipleship network that fuels transformation in vulnerable neighborhoods, creating guardians against exploitation.
