6What are the steps in the accreditation process?
REGISTRATION -Interested companies first register their interest with the Foundation. The Foundation undertakes preliminary research on each company to determine their suitability for the Accreditation.

APPLICATION - Companies that successfully complete the registration process are advanced to the adjudication stage. At this point, the application is assigned to a member of the Adjudication Board who undertakes detailed desk based research into the business. This review includes an assessment of the company’s online presence, governance standards, reputation, trading history, customer feedback and overall market positioning.

Following the research phase, the applicant is invited to participate in an oral interview with Mr. Kieran F. Ring, Deputy Chair of the Adjudication Board. The purpose of this interview is to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s leadership, operational standards, strategic direction and customer centric approach. This stage allows the Board to assess the business beyond documentation and to verify alignment with the three pillars of accreditation: Performance, Trust and Customer Centricity.

VERIFICATION - Companies that successfully navigate both the desk based assessment and the oral interview progress to the verification phase.

Upon successful completion of verification, the company is formally offered Business All-Star Accreditation. This confirms that the organisation has met the independent standards set by the All-Ireland Business Foundation and has demonstrated excellence across the core pillars of Performance, Trust and Customer Centricity.

ACCREDITATION PRESENTATION - Successful companies on receiving confirmation of their accreditation and paying the applicable fees, will be invited to a Virtual All-Star Forum.
