What is your returns policy?

Currently, we do not offer refunds for change of mind either in-store or online. We gladly provide store credit for future purchases. More information on our returns policy can be found here.

Are all styles available online?

Not all styles are available online. If you see something on our Instagram or in-store that isn’t listed online, please contact us at hi@afrochicdesigns.com.au.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number.

I just purchased items, but the money hasn’t been deducted from my account?

Please wait for our team to send you an order confirmation. Your payment will be charged upon confirmation, prior to shipment.

Where should I send my return?

Email us at hi@afrochicdesigns.com.au, and we’ll provide you with the return address and form. All returns must be sent to our head office, and we do not accept online returns at our physical store. Please note that refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not available.
