Amber is passionate about driving operational excellence, empowering her team to succeed and fostering a kind and positive workplace. She resides in Virginia with her daughter and four pets.

As a strategist and communicator, Kevin’s work in energy and sustainability has focused on bringing diverse voices together to improve understanding and outcomes. Most recently, he and his colleagues at Doer/Maker have been working with clients and partners like AESP on ways to approach challenges and opportunities in our industry with empathy and authenticity. Kevin and his husband John, along with their Golden Retriever Lia, are based in Naples, Italy.
