Associate Energy Engineer, Michaels Energy

Jared  is an associate energy engineer at Michaels Energy. During his two and a half years with the firm, he has worked in both the research and evaluation and programs departments, giving him a 360-degree view of the energy efficiency program lifecycle.

In 2025, Casey was appointed as one of the first two co-chairs of AESP’s Emerging Professional Special Interest Group. He looks forward to laying the foundation for the group as it grows into a platform for emerging professionals to connect, share ideas and build community.

Grace Wroblewski

Grace Wroblewski

Senior Energy Consultant, ICF

Grace has over 4 years of consulting experience in energy efficiency, demand response, and electrification. During this time, her project experience has spanned across the stages of the DSM cycle, including market potential, planning, program design, and implementation and evaluation support. Grace has expertise in both electric and gas demand response program potential and program design as a tool for grid constraint management. Her key contributions include evaluating distributed energy resources as a tool for alleviating constraint and building resiliency and projecting program contributions to utility energy reduction goals.
