Nomination and Election of AERC Fellows for 2026

Eligibility to nominate

Any member of the AERC network may nominate candidates for AERC Fellow.

Procedure

The procedure for nomination and elections involves three steps.

  • Step 1: 

    Initiate a nomination by sending an email to [email protected]  copy to [email protected] with the subject ‘Nominations of AERC Fellows for 2026’. The information required includes the name, position and email address of the nominee; his or her service to the AERC, a CV of the nominee; and a nomination statement (maximum 500 words) that summarizes the main achievements and contributions of the nominee to the AERC. Deadline for submission of nominations is 1st of August 2026.

  • Step 2: 

    The nominations will be screened by the AERC Senior Management Team, whereby the Secretariat will undertake verification of information.

  • Step 3:

    Active Fellows will vote for the new Fellows using the summary information screened by the AERC Secretariat and will generate the list of elected Fellows to be confirmed by the Executive Committee of the AERC Board before being announced in December 2026.
