Be U points can be earned and used both online and in Diesel stores. If you already have an
existing Be U account,
you need to link your Be U account with your Diesel website account before you can start
earning or redeeming points on your online purchases. To link your Be U account to your
website account,
follow the steps on the account creation page,
or log in to your website account,
and navigate to Be U rewards in the My Account section.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can check the status of your order at any time from the "Track your order" page,
or directly in your account,
inside the Orders section. Click on the tracking number to see the details. You will also receive
the tracking number by email,
once your order has been shipped.
HOW DO I REQUEST FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF MY ORDER?
You can request to exchange or return an item from your order,
by logging in and navigating to the "Orders" tab within your Account. Alternatively,
you may contact customer service to place the request.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
You can return items purchased online within 30 days from delivery and receive your refund.
The refund will be performed against the original form of payment.
For orders paid by cash,
the refund will be made to a bank account. You would need to provide us with your bank
details at
the time of requesting the refund
Cash on delivery surcharge amount is non-refundable
The items must be in the same condition you received them in,
with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. Beachwear,
underwear and perfumes can be returned only with the package sealed. Customized items cannot
be
exchanged or returned.
Products belonging to the same order must be returned to us in a single parcel,
and must be shipped from the same Country where you received them to avoid extra handling
expenses.
Items purchased from Diesel stores cannot be returned online.
