Prior to joining Avenue Solutions, Amy held key positions in both the public and private sectors, including roles on Capitol Hill and with prominent advocacy organizations. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, policy analysis, and coalition building, making her a valuable asset to clients seeking to influence public policy effectively.

As managing partner and founder of Capitol Advocacy, John Latimer is recognized year after year as one of Sacramento’s most influential lobbyists. Known for his strength in strategic planning and coordinating lobbying campaigns, John’s ability to shape and deliver messaging in a clear and convincing manner gets results for clients. This talent has allowed John to build Capitol Advocacy into one of the most successful lobbying firms in Sacramento.

Brian Hicks is President & CEO of Hicks Partners, LLC, a multidisciplinary business consulting firm providing government affairs, public relations, economic development and grant writing services. Prior to Hicks Partners, Brian Hicks had a long career as a public affairs official in a variety of key roles in federal and state government and on local, state and national political campaigns.

Dan Murphy, Corporate Counsel and Principal at BGR Group, assists clients in the financial services sector, housing finance and housing policy. He is also responsible for the firm’s legal, regulatory and ethics compliance, including the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act, the Foreign Agents Registration Act and the Lobbying Disclosure Act. In addition to serving as BGR’s Corporate Counsel, Dan is a firm Principal and serves on BGR’s Executive Committee.

Craig Pattee is the Managing Director of Advocus Partners, responsible for the integration of the member companies, coordinating and supporting collaboration and joint-client services, and identifying new growth markets. Recognizing advocacy as a collaborative effort, his mission is to support and leverage the capabilities, expertise, influence, and talent of the member companies to benefit shared clients. Craig brings 30 years of experience in managing public affairs campaigns at the international, federal, state and local levels, and helps lead Advocus’ national procurement and government markets practice.
