For Newly Purchased Systems.
Step 1 – REGISTER HERE
It is critically important for customers to register new robots for configuration, warranty, and support. iPads ship with default factory settings; they must be set up with your personal or business user information. Your system will not function until you register your AIR One robot.
Step 2 – SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS
Two iOS applications must be installed on the iPad.
- AIR Control+ app is available for free download in the Apple App Store (or search for “AIR Control Plus”).
- Tailscale app VPN is required for secure remote control of the robot over public internet and is available for free on the Apple App Store.
Refer to our iPad – Tailscale VPN setup guide – for proper setup (required for operation outside of a LAN).
