This journal is used for Non-Playable Characters for the RP. These are mod-played characters that will be used to help further the plot, cause mayhem, cause events. (These characters serve specific plotting purposes for the game, which is why they are NPCs rather than general original characters). If you want to have one of these characters in mind for a plot, or have a need for a general NPC for your plot, just give us a poke and we will be happy to help.
