Control your inventory, raise purchase orders, etc. It handles kits, bar codes, special pricing, supercessions, sales and purchase discounting.
If you're in the United Kingdom, it supports the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), including submissions to HMRC.
Payroll, including RTI (submitting data to HMRC), EC Sales List submissions (in Northern Ireland), and VAT return submissions (both the old XML method and the 'Making Tax Digital' method).
Print and HTML layouts of invoices, statements, remittance advices, and purchase orders can be edited and/or new ones created. The software is multi-currency, multi-user, multi-department, and multi-company. Customers and suppliers can be mail shot and email shot.
The software can run on a single PC, or multiple PC's over over a Local Area Network, or over a Virtual Private Network (via internet), on Unix/Linux (using Wine), it can even be run right off a USB memory stick, making it extremely portable. Optional modules are also included with the software specifically for the autotrade and café/shop businesses.
