Founding Moment

2002
Founded with an initial investment of ¥3 million as Anhui Donghai Machine Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (later renamed Donghai Machine Tool First Factory), the company exceeded ¥5.8 million in sales in its first year, laying a strong foundation for industry leadership.

Strategic Expansion

2008
In a major strategic move, acquired Nanjing Forging Machine Tool Factory to establish Donghai Machine Tool Second Factory. Achieved annual sales of over ¥100M, marking our rise as one of China’s top industrial equipment manufacturers.

Corporate Transformation

2015
Transitioned from a family-owned enterprise to a joint-stock company with investment from Beijing Phoenix City Group, adopting modern corporate governance and establishing new technological partnerships.

Smart Manufacturing Breakthrough

2016
Launched the Yuxiang Intelligent Equipment Project, investing in a new facility dedicated to high-end CNC machine tools and paving the way for smart manufacturing in China’s sheet metal sector.

Phase I Breakthrough

2018
Completed the Donghai Yuxiang Phase I Project by building advanced CNC machine tool production lines, boosting our global competitiveness through state-of-the-art automation and digital technologies.

Innovation Ecosystem

2020
The Beijing Zhongguancun Bolton Research Institute earned national recognition after official approval. It has established multiple R&D centers, secured 87 patents (including 26 for inventions), and led the development of three industry standards.

Worldwide Brand Enhancement

2021
Established Donghai Yuxiang Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Achieved annual sales of ¥550 million and contributed ¥30 million in taxes, reinforcing ADH’s position among China’s leading industrial brands.

Phase II Revolution

2022
Initiated the Phase II Project with a ¥150 million investment to further enhance smart manufacturing capabilities and meet the growing global demand for automated metal processing systems.

Legacy of Excellence

2023
Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the company expects sales to reach ¥800 million and has secured a Top 3 ranking in China’s forging and pressing industry. We serve more than 70 offices worldwide across six continents, supported by a team of over 700 skilled professionals.
