Acts Homes acquires 100+ residential properties each year. We rehab these homes and sell them to Milwaukee and Rock County families who’ve completed homebuyer coaching.

That’s where you come in. We need reliable contractors to help us transform these properties, from light cosmetic work to full rehabs, and get them ready for families to move in.

We work with contractors of all specialties because every property needs something different. Whether you can handle a full rehab or specialize in a specific trade, there’s a place for you.
