I already purchased Active Home Pro. It quit working, and I can not reinstall it because the server is offline (down.) This software is no longer valid. Can I reactive my licensed software somewhere else?

When an activation server is down, all activation for the supported software is rendered impossible because no one except the developers have access to that server. Yes, in some cases (eg. Adobe), you can activate the software in offline mode through telephone. However, I've checked their website, and it appears, they're still in the business, therefore I recommend to try activating the software again or contact them to find out more information about it.
No, the ActiveHome Pro is not compatible with Insteon, KNX, UPB, Z-Wave or ZigBee devices. It will only work with X10 devices. This information is found on a review website.
