Our Program Assurance Services
Embedded assurance as a service
Providing an end-to-end internal assurance solution to assist projects assess confidence, review key activities, confirm milestones, and monitor risks and issues with active participation in governance forums.
Gateway assurance
Assurance that is designed around specific phases of the program and accordingly focuses on the relevant aspects. It assists the SROs in making informed decisions on the progress of the programs.
Delivery Confidence Assessments (DCAs)
Independent assurance to ensure that programs are on track and likely to meet outcomes in accordance with whole-of-government policy requirements.
Health checks
Short and sharp assurance reviews that provide an organisation with a snapshot of the status of a program or project. They can be utilised as a response to specific issues, such as material changes to programs.
Post Implementation Reviews
Independent assessments of programs at their completion to validate outcomes, document the lessons learned and sign off on benefits realised.
